I am a mother in my 50’s who is passionate about keeping my family non-toxic in this toxic world!  I am a true So Cal gal and was born and raised in Southern California.  I am married to an incredible husband, David, and have 3 beautiful and spirited daughters Sophie, Stella, and Adeline. Our lives took an insane turn in 2013 when I joined the cast of the Real Housewives of Orange County. Our family unit has become incredibly strong with the ups and downs on the show and life in general, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Over the years, I have spent countless hours researching and reading about various topics in the hopes of keeping my family as healthy as possible.  Today, so many manufacturers put the word “natural” or “organic” on their products, and often times those words are misleading.  It is natural to think if you spend a lot of money on an item, you are getting the best quality, and that is not always the case.

I have created this website to share some of the discoveries I have made in my quest to provide my family with the healthiest of everything.  I am not a doctor.  I am not an expert.  But I have tried certain protocols that I truly believe in, and I am hopeful that they can work for you.

If you watch the show, you know that I am passionate about many things such as holistic medicine, feng shui, non-toxic homes, and healthy eating.  My latest obsession over the last few years is that the skin is our biggest organ.  What is it absorbing every day???

It is my goal to post new blogs regularly.  I will keep them short and sweet.  Some of my favorite people in the world, such as Dr. Moon, Elaine Wright, my feng shui consultant, Dr. Tim, and even my own children will also contribute to the blogging.  There is a section on the site entitled “Ask Shannon”.  If you have a question about something, ask me and I will do my best to respond or write a blog about it.

I am really looking forward to sharing with you and am hopeful that you can also share with me! I love learning about new things, especially if it involves making smart decisions and being healthy in this toxic world we live in!

XOXO
